Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Be at least 18 years old; 2) patients undergoing elective cardiac surgery; 3) No previous history of thoracic surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with severe peripheral vascular disease; 2) patients with malignant tumors; 3) patients with thoracic deformity; 4) patients with thoracic adhesions; 5) Patients with severe pericardial adhesions.
