Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.At least 3 months post-vesicle crusting; 2.baseline NRS >= 4; 3.no communication barrier, able to cooperate with follow-up; 4.informed consent signed;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.unable to receive MRI scan; 2.coagulation disorder or receiving anticoagulants; 3.infection of injection site; 4.Pregnant and breastfeeding women; 5.allergy to local anesthetic or glucocorticoids; 6.receiving treatment of chronic pain in other organization; 7.participating in other pain-related clinical study;
