Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants must have worked as caregivers in nursing homes for at least 3 months and have experience in caring for elderly individuals with dementia. 2. Participants must possess normal communication, comprehension, and expression abilities. 3. Participants must voluntarily agree to participate in the study after providing informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants who are absent from their duties for various reasons during the study period. 2. Participants who withdraw from the study midway or fail to complete the questionnaire within the designated time frame.
