Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 45-75 years old; (2) clinical diagnosis of primary PD; (3) Hoehn-Yahr >= 2.0 stages in the drug-off state; (4) no obvious tremor symptoms in the drug-off state, and MDS-UPDRS tremor scores (2.10, 3.15-18) = 24 points.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) the presence of psychiatric and psychological disorders; (2) comorbidities affecting ambulation, such as lower limb arthropathy, spinal pathology, neuropathy, and severe cardiopulmonary disease; (3) the presence of prefrontal lobe structural abnormalities, traumatic injuries, occupying positional lesions, or a history of previous surgeries involving the prefrontal lobe; and (4) a severe anteriorly tilting of the back, claustrophobia, and metallic implants in the body, which can interfere with the MRI scans.
