Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with ASA1-3. 2. Non-cardiac thoracic surgery patients undergoing general anesthesia with tracheal intubation. 3. NYHA grades 1-2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Thoracic heart and peripheral vascular surgery patients. 2. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and shock. 3. Patients with history of related hypotension. 4. Patients with unstable vital signs undergoing emergency surgery. 5. Establish patients with artificial pneumoperitoneum; 6. Patients with severe tricuspid regurgitation. 7. Patients with dehydration or tissue edema. 8. Patients with abdominal obesity or flatulence caused difficulty in ultrasonic measurement of inferior vena cava diameter. 9. The location of the sensor cannot detect the pulse signal due to trauma. 10. People with Parkinson's disease.
