Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: (1) Healthy body, no blood diseases (2) More than three years of basketball training foundation (3) I have not participated in pressure training (4) Having over 2 years of strength training experience (5) No history of lower limb injuries in the past six months
