Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=18 years old, be admitted mainly due to cardiovascular disease; 2. Symptoms of heart failure (NYHA II-IV) or signs of heart failure (meeting Framingham criteria) in the past 12 months; 3. Patients who underwent chest CT, coronary CTA, echocardiography and plasma BNP/NT-proBNP, in which the interval between echocardiography and CT was less than two weeks. If multiple echocardiography were performed within two weeks, the lowest LVEF was recorded.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Diseases need to be excluded: primary valvular heart disease, idiopathic pulmonary hypertension, right ventricular heart failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), congenital heart disease, constrictive pericarditis, tumor history, severe renal insufficiency (eGFR <30 mL/min/1.73 ?); 2.CT image quality can not satisfy the diagnostic requirements, including the presence of machine artifacts, metal artifacts, severe respiratory artifacts, excessive noise affecting image quality, reconstruction slice thickness < 0.625mm, incompleted images.
