Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient is considered to be non-small cell lung cancer by imaging, or confirmed as non-small cell lung cancer by biopsy pathology; 2. The patient has not received anti-tumor therapy such as chemotherapy, targeted therapy, radiotherapy, etc., related to lung cancer; 3. The patient has not received treatment for other malignant tumors within 5 years; 4. The patient's lymph node metastasis can be obtained; 5. Understand and voluntarily sign a written informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient's lesion contains small cell lung cancer components; 2. The patient does not have autoimmune diseases, blood diseases, metabolic diseases, or other conditions that the investigator considers inappropriate for enrollment; 3. The patient has received any anti-tumor therapy within 5 years; 4. The patient's lymph node metastasis information cannot be obtained.
