Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age of 35 years or below, 2.Fluency in oral and written Chinese.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Active or current history of psychosis, bipolar disorder, or personality disorder, 2.Active or current report of suicidal attempts, 3.Active or current report of suicidal ideations for more than half the days, 4.Any history of intellectual deficits.
