18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who intend to undergo elective surgery under general anesthesia and need invasive arterial pressure monitoring; (2) Age 18-65 years old, gender is not limited; (3) Body mass index (BMI): 18-30 kg/m^2; (4) American Society of Anesthesia (ASA) grade I-II; (5) No chronic diseases such as hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Neck and peripheral vascular ultrasound abnormalities, including plaques, stenosis and anatomical variations; (2) patients who refuse to participate in the study; (3) Patients who are unable to cooperate with or refuse ultrasound; (4) Electrocardiogram showing non-sinus heart rate; (5) Dysfunction of important organs; (6) Pregnant patients.
