Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Clear diagnosis of stroke confirmed by head CT or MRI (diagnosis meets the criteria established at the 1995 National 4th Cerebrovascular Disease Academic Conference). 2.Diagnosis of shoulder subluxation based on the criteria outlined in the "Chinese Rehabilitation Medicine Diagnostic and Treatment Guidelines" for shoulder subluxation. 3.First onset of stroke, with stable condition. 4.Conscious and able to cooperate with rehabilitation training;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe heart, liver, or kidney dysfunction (NYHA classification > II, Child-Pugh classification > B, eGFR < 30 mL/min/1.73m²). 2.History of shoulder joint diseases (e.g., trauma, surgery, rheumatoid arthritis, periarthritis, rotator cuff injury). 3.Contraindications to electrical stimulation (e.g., pacemaker implantation, local skin lesions or infections, metal implants). 4.Presence of malignant tumors, bleeding disorders, or severe psychiatric disorders.
