Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18 to 50 years; (2) Patients diagnosed with non-obstructive azoospermia; (3) The patient requests microscopic sperm retrieval; (4) Willing to have children and accept further treatment; (5) Able to understand and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Acute inflammation of the reproductive system; (2) Thrombocytopenia or use of anticoagulant medications; (3) Abnormal nodules or masses in the testes; (4) Malignant tumors; (5) Other infectious diseases; (6) Severe liver, kidney, cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, and hematological diseases.
