Opioid group(OA):The application of sufentanil and remifentanil

45 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 45-55 years; 2. ASA Grading Grades I-III; 3. No history of relevant drug allergies; 4. Obtain informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal to participate; 2. In the course of relevant antidepressant treatment; 3. Sinus bradycardia; 4. Hemoglobin< 70g/L.
