Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.According to the "Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2023" and the "Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Intracerebral Hemorrhage 2019", the patient is newly diagnosed with ischemic stroke or intracerebral hemorrhage, which is confirmed by cranial CT or MRI. 2.The disease course is <= 6 months, and the vital signs are stable. 3.For patients with swallowing disorders, they are at grade 2-5 in the Water Swallowing Test; for patients with dysphagia confirmed by videofluoroscopic swallowing study. 4.There are no obvious abnormalities in auditory comprehension and cognition, and the patient has good compliance. 5.The informed consent form is signed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Dysphagia not caused by stroke. 2.A history of mental disorders or other factors that may affect the evaluation results. 3.Having an intracranial metal implant, a pacemaker, cranial defect, or a history of epileptic seizures. 4.Inability to tolerate electrical stimulation or sensitivity to electric current.
