Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1, Patients over 18 years of age; 2. In line with the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Common Diseases in the Department of Anorectology of Traditional Chinese Medicine", diagnosed as benign anorectal diseases requiring surgical treatment: stage 3-4 hemorrhoidal disease, anal fissure, anal fistula, anal sphincter post-traumatic failure that does not respond to conservative treatment, and other types of anal sphincter failure.; 3. There are no other diseases that cause pain.; 4. Class I and II anesthesia risk according to ASA classification; 5. Participants voluntarily sign the informed consent form for surgical treatment and participate in the clinical trial.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Chronic pain not related to the main perianal disease, accompanied by exacerbation of the concomitant disease of pain; 2.long-term or prolonged use of drugs that have analgesic effects on other diseases, including anesthetic drugs; 3.Patients with contraindications or technical impossibility of subarachnoid anesthesia or full standard surgical volume for corresponding diseases; 4.Presence of previously diagnosed psychiatric and neurological disorders; 5.Patients who refuse to participate at any time before the end of the study; 6.Pregnant woman; 7.Patients with complex postoperative course;
