Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=5 years old, meet the diagnostic criteria of bronchial asthma, allergic rhinitis, etc. 2.The detection of relevant allergens met the criteria for mite allergen specific immunotherapy. 3.Patients who had received subcutaneous mite allergen immunotherapy (SCIT) for 1 year or less or were about to start SCIT. 4.About 200 patients with respiratory allergic diseases without desensitization treatment and the same number of healthy children were followed up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Any child presenting with mental retardation; 2.Children with psychiatric or neurological disorders such as anxiety, depression, epilepsy; 3.Children with severe cardiovascular disease; 4.Children with primary or secondary immunodeficiency; 5.Children whose family members could not obtain informed consent or withdrew from the program; 6.Any other conditions considered by the investigator to be ineligible for inclusion in the study.
