18 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Male athletes aged between 18 and 35 years old. 2.Who have undergone three months of formal training, and experienced medial foot pain during the training period. 3.Imaging examinations confirmed the presence of an accessory navicular bone.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Athletes with a history of foot injury or surgery. 2.Athletes with accompanying foot conditions (such as flat feet, plantar fasciitis, etc.). 3.Athletes who have had recent systemic diseases or are currently undergoing other treatments.
