Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Is undergoing maintenance hemodialysis; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for sarcopenia recommended by AWGS; 3. Stable dialysis (3 times per week) for more than 3 months; 4. Able to walk independently without physical disability; 5. Clear consciousness and normal language communication; 6. NYHA grade 1-2 (New York Heart Association Classification,NYHA); 7. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Concomitant heart failure, malignant tumor, spine, joint disease, or severe lower extremity thrombosis; 2. Systolic blood pressure >=180mmHg and diastolic blood pressure >=100mmHg before dialysis; 3. Severe renal osteodystrophy.
