Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Endometrial biopsy by hysteroscopy or segmented diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma was confirmed pathologically; 2. All cases were staged according to the International Federation of Obstetrics and Gynecology (FIGO (2023) staging criteria; 3. The preoperative pathological types are endometrioid carcinoma; 4. Sign the informed consent form. In this clinical study, voluntarily signed an informed consent form and agreed to participate in all assessments, treatments and follow-up visits as required by the study protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative imaging showed that there was no cervical and extrauterine metastasis. 2. Patients with recurrence after secondary surgery or tumor surgery 3. Contraindications to laparoscopic surgery; 4. History of other malignant tumors. 5. Patients with abnormal liver and kidney function, urinary system diseases, chronic colitis, and severe mental illness.
