Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for elective laryngeal lesion excision under suspension laryngoscopy with general anesthesia; 2. Age 18-70 years, regardless of gender; ASA grades I-II; Body Mass Index (BMI) < 30 kg/m^2; 3. Patient informed consent obtained;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with preoperative cognitive dysfunction, mental illness, or coagulation disorders; 2. Patients requiring awake tracheal intubation due to the presence of predictable difficult airways before surgery; 3. Patients with severe cardiovascular and respiratory system diseases before surgery; 4. Patients allergic to the study medication; 5. Patients who have participated in other clinical trials within the past 4 weeks; 6. Patients who refuse to participate in this study.
