Interventions

Intervention group:The children's residences, and desk lamps of the intervention group used negative ions combined with LED light sources with continuous spectrum in the 430-780nm band.
Control group:Desk lamps use conventional lighting, lighting.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Students selected for 4 classes in the first grade of primary school; voluntarily participate in this study, with the consent of their guardians and signed by their guardians.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Do not agree to participate in ophthalmic examinations such as mydriasis; intraocular surgery or organic lesions of eye tissue.
