Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants were enrolled from outpatient clinics meeting the DSM-5 (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 5th Edition) diagnostic criteria for depressive disorders. Inclusion Standards: 1.Adolescents aged 12-19 years; 2.Meeting Berg's school refusal criteria:Persistent difficulties in school attendance (>2 weeks);Significant emotional distress (e.g., excessive fear, emotional outbursts, or somatic complaints when anticipating school attendance);Remaining at home during scheduled school hours with parental awareness;Absence of antisocial behavioral traits (e.g., stealing, lying, destructive behaviors).School attendance rate <85% in the 2 weeks prior to clinical evaluation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have been or are currently diagnosed with the following mental disorders by DSM-V: organic mental disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder, attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder, etc.; 2. Those with severe suicidal tendencies; 3.Severe/unstable physical comorbidities requiring urgent medical intervention ; 4.Current participation in structured psychotherapy targeting depressive disorders.
