Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Enrollment criteria for the healthy volunteer group: age 45~75 years old, no serious mental illness, and good compliance of subjects. Enrollment criteria for the PD obvious gait disorder group: 1. Age 45~75 years old, no serious mental illness, and good patient compliance; 2. Clinically diagnosed primary PD, H-Y stage of drug off-stage >=2.0 stage; 3. The gait score of the third part of the new version of the Parkinson's Disease Comprehensive Assessment Scale (MDS-UPDRS) = 2 points (can walk independently but has obvious gait problems), and the tremor score =2.0 points; 3. The gait score of MDS-UPDRS Part III <= 1 point (can walk independently, with no or a little gait problem), and the tremor score <=2 points (no or mild tremor, MRI scan can be performed in the state of drug withdrawal).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for the healthy volunteer group: 1. Presence of mental, cognitive, and psychological disorders, unable to sign the informed consent form; 2. Other diseases that affect the walking distance, such as joint lesions of the lower limbs, spinal lesions, neuropathy, and severe cardiopulmonary diseases; 3. Presence of intracranial structural changes, cerebrovascular diseases, and other neurological diseases; 4.Claustrophobia, implants in the body, affecting MRI scans. Exclusion criteria for PD obvious gait disorder group: same as the exclusion criteria for healthy volunteers, patients with clinical contraindications to DBS surgery. Exclusion Criteria for PD No/Mild Gait Disorder Group: Same as PD Significant Gait Disorder Group.
