Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Obtained nursing qualification and had at least 3 years of nursing work experience. 2.Aged between 18 and 50 years, with basic comprehension ability, able to read and understand intervention materials independently. 3.Confirmed by a doctor that they had been diagnosed withWork-related Musculoskeletal Disordersrelated to nursing work and agreed to participate in the study. 4.Voluntarily participated in this study and committed to participate in the intervention and cooperate with the implementation of self-management intervention.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Nurses with congenital spinal diseases, history of joint musculoskeletal injuries, tumors, chronic diseases and other musculoskeletal diseases caused by non-occupational factors. 2.Female nurses who were pregnant or breastfeeding were excluded. 3.Nurses with other serious health problems such as serious cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and neurological diseases that may affect the intervention Nurses who received other treatments or health interventions during the study were excluded, which may interfere with the intervention effect. 4.Nurses who refused or failed to sign the informed consent form.
