Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. >=18 years old; 2. Patients with obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy who underwent PIMSRA; 3. Sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Baseline blood pressure SBP >=150mmHg; 2. Severe pericardial effusion requires intervention such as small incision thoracotomy or pericardiocentesis.
