Remazolam toluene sulfonate:During anesthesia induction, R group was given intravenous remazolam 0.4mg/kg

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA Grade II-IV patients aged 18-60 years. 2. Patients who intend to undergo allogeneic liver transplantation. 3. Patients with SpO2 >=90% without oxygen inhalation. 4. Have normal communication ability and can cooperate with the researcher. 5. Patients who voluntarily accept this experimental study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Recent users of opioids. 2. Those who are expected to have difficulty intubating (Mallampati rating is level 3 or above). 3. Patients with bradycardia, atrioventricular block, heart failure and recent myocardial infarction. 4. Those currently using adrenergic receptor agonists. 5. Drug allergy history. 6. BMI >25. 7. Ejection fraction unstable blood pressure, home pump injection of de-methylation maintenance.
