Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets the 2015 International Movement Disorder Society (MDS) clinical diagnostic criteria for clinically confirmed Parkinson's disease (PD); 2.Age >= 18, <= 80 years; 3.Disease duration of at least 1 year after PD was established; 4.The patient is capable of answering or cooperating in the administration of the series of scales or questionnaires involved in the study; the person or guardian is able and willing to sign the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Allergy to contrast agents; 2.Individuals who cannot tolerate prolonged magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examinations; 3.Diseases affecting blood-brain barrier permeability such as meningitis, cerebral small vessel disease, and Alzheimer's disease; 4.Researchers believe that individuals who are unable to complete the assessments and auxiliary examinations as required by the study protocol.
