Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Gender is not limited, aged 18-65 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Currently receiving psychological counseling, psychotherapy or other psychological interventions; 2. Have not taken any psychotropic drugs (such as antidepressants, anxiolytics, antipsychotics, etc.) in the past 3 months; 3. Mindfulness, meditation, yoga, tai chi or qigong that have not been practiced in the past on a long-term basis.
