18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18-85 years, with no gender restrictions; 2.The clinical stage of the tumor is stage II-IIIB (8th edition TNM staging system); 3.Postoperative pathology confirms non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC); 4.Received at least two cycles of PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitor combined with chemotherapy before surgery and completed R0 radical resection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Missing non-contrast chest CT scans before neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with immunotherapy or within 30 days before surgery, or having poor-quality CT images; 2.Incomplete clinical or pathological data; 3.Presence of other advanced malignant tumors; 4.Coexisting autoimmune diseases; 5.Refusal to participate in this study.
