Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1? Meet the diagnostic criteria of DSM-? bipolar disorder; 2? Age 18-70 years old (including boundary values), gender is not limited; 3?The subject or his guardian signs the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1?Allergic constitution or known to lithium carbonate, valproic acid allergy; 2?Those who have failed to respond to previous treatment with lithium carbonate or at least 2 different types of mood stabilizers; 3? serious self-injury, obvious suicide attempt or behavior; 4? Pregnant or lactating women, recently planned pregnancy and use of contraceptives; 5?A DSM-V diagnosis of any disorder other than bipolar disorder; 6? Substance related or alcohol use disorders (except nicotine or caffeine) that met DSM-V diagnostic criteria within 6 months before screening; 7?bipolar disorder secondary to other mental or physical disorders; 8? Patients with a history of seizures (except convulsions caused by febrile convulsions in children); 9?Participants who participated in other clinical trials within 3 months prior to screening;
