Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Postoperative follow-up recipients; (2) Patients with symptoms such as increased respiratory secretions, cough and sputum, dyspnea, hemoptysis, etc.; (3) recipients with progressive decline in lung function; (4) Lung imaging (chest CT or chest X-ray) shows the emergence of new lesions or progressive exudative foci in the lungs.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Unstable vital signs; (2) Consciousness disorders, cerebrovascular accidents, stroke; (3) Septic shock/ARDS; (4) Acute coronary syndrome; (5) Recently, there has been severe hemoptysis; (6) Severe bleeding tendency; (7) Smoking; (8) Severe impairment of lung function, accompanied by severe hypoxemia, and inability to tolerate bronchoscopy examination.
