Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 years old 420 and 360 and <=540µmol/L for non-menopausal women. (Basic information of volunteers, gender, BMI, medical history, medication status, etc. were recorded). 3. No uric acid-lowering drugs or related products were taken in the past 30 days. 4. BMI was between 18.5 and 29.9 kg/m^2. 5. Voluntary signing of informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with inflammatory gout; 2. People with combined stroke, coronary heart disease, heart failure, uric acid nephrolithiasis, renal impairment (>=CKD stage 2), abnormal liver function, i.e. alanine aminotransferase (ALT) or aspartate aminotransferase (AST) levels >= 2.5 times the upper limit of normal; estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) < 45 mL/min/1.73m^2 or secondary hyperuricemia: renal insufficiency, kidney stones, blood disease (leukemia), malignant tumors (myeloma), cirrhosis and drug-induced hyperuricemia. 3. Use of loop diuretics, thiazide diuretics that affect uric acid excretion, or other drugs or related products that are not stated to have a uric acid-lowering effect but may affect the human body's blood uric acid level within the past 14 days; and use of other drugs that may cause weight gain or weight loss, such as tamoxifen or steroid hormones. 4. Patients with other serious diseases of the heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system and mental illness. 5. Women who are preparing for pregnancy, pregnant or breastfeeding. 6. Patients with known allergies to the test product ingredients. 7. Alcoholics (<3 units of alcohol regularly/d). 8. Patients receiving medication that affects uric acid during the intervention period. 9. Drinking less than 1000ml of boiled water per day, or drinking more than 500ml of coffee, tea, beverages, etc.
