50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=50 years and<= 80 years, with no gender restriction; 2.Clinical diagnosis of dementia according to DSM-V criteria, or diagnosis of epilepsy according to ILAE criteria; 3.Signed informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Dementia diagnosed as being caused by conditions other than Alzheimer's disease,such as vascular dementia, frontotemporal dementia, or Lewy body dementia; 2.Presence of severe anxiety or depression (PHQ-9 score >= 20 or GAD-7 >= 19), psychiatric disorders, or inability to cooperate with cognitive function tests; 3.Presence of acute progressive systemic diseases, severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, malignancies, or pregnancy;
