Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1.Unilateral brain injury caused by hemorrhage or ischemia determined by neurological assessment and CT and/or MRI scans; 2.The duration of hemiplegia is at least 6 months; 3.There was no shoulder pain before the stroke; 4.There was no peripheral neuropathy in the upper limbs before the stroke.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1.History of stroke 2. History of shoulder joint injury 3. Significant cognitive impairment (Mini Mental State Examination <= 24); 4.Refusal or inability to cooperate with treatment, and refusal to fill out the 'Informed Consent Form'. 5.Patients with unstable conditions and other severe heart, lung, liver, and kidney diseases.
