Age
18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=18 years; 2.Scheduled for or having undergone thoracoscopic lung resection; 3.Pathologically diagnosed with lung cancer; 4.Possess adequate comprehension and language expression abilities; 5.Voluntarily agree to participate in the interview and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Concomitant other primary malignancies; 2.Prior preoperative radiotherapy, chemotherapy, neoadjuvant therapy, or targeted therapy; 3. Intraoperative severe complications leading to significant changes in surgical plans (e.g., conversion to thoracotomy); 4.Critically ill with unstable vital signs, unable to tolerate the interview; 5. Previous diagnosis of mental illness or family history of mental illness.
