Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 6-12 years old; 2. Irregular physical exercise/sports training in the past three months except for school physical activities; 3. No contraindications to exercise.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have heart, brain, lung, kidney or other diseases that cannot participate in sports; 2. Regular exercise habits; 3. Unwilling to participate in this study.
