Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years old; 2. Primary lung cancer diagnosed by pathology; 3. Be aware; 4. Have normal communication ability and give informed consent; 5. Previous chemotherapy and immunotherapy were not performed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with serious injury of other important organs; 2. Cognitive impairment caused by brain tumors, stroke, epilepsy and other diseases confirmed by examination; 3. Speech, communication, cognitive impairment, poor cooperation; 4. History of nervous system disease; 5. Patients enrolled in other clinical trials; 6. Taking protective medical treatment; 7. The investigator considered that other reasons were not appropriate for clinical trial participants. 8. Previous chemotherapy and immunotherapy had been performed.
