Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Sepsis Disease Group: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for sepsis according to the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Management of Sepsis; 2. Age range: 18-75 years old; 3. Sign the informed consent form; 4. Agree to participate in the study and provide blood samples. Healthy control group: 1. Age and gender matched with patients with sepsis; 2. No history of major diseases, no recent infection or inflammatory diseases; 3. Signed informed consent, agreeing to participate in the study and providing blood samples.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Sepsis disease group 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Combined with other serious diseases (such as advanced cancer, severe immunodeficiency). Healthy control group 1. Pregnant or lactating women.
