Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with metabolically related fatty liver disease The gastroenterologists of Lanzhou Petrochemical General Hospital diagnosed metabolically related fatty liver disease among employees of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company according to the Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of metabolically related Fatty Liver Disease (2024 edition). The diagnosis of metabolically associated fatty liver disease is based on three criteria: (1) Imaging diagnosis of fatty liver; Ultrasonography is the preferred method for diagnosing fatty liver. Have two of the following three abdominal ultrasound findings. 1) The near field echo of the liver was diffusively enhanced, and the echo was stronger than that of the kidney. 2) The far-field echo of liver gradually attenuated. 3) The intrahepatic duct structure was not clearly displayed. (2) Exclude the presence of genotype 3 HCV infection, drug-induced fatty liver disease, hepatolenticular degeneration and malnutrition, which can lead to fatty liver disease; (3) Eliminate excessive alcohol consumption (4) The presence of at least one metabolic cardiovascular disease risk factor: 1)BMI>=24.0kg/m^2, or waist circumference >=90cm(male) and 85cm(female), or body fat content and body fat percentage exceeded the standard; 2) Fasting blood glucose >=6.1mmol/L, or 2h post-glucose load blood glucose >=7.8mmol/L or HbA1c>=5.7%, or history of type 2 diabetes, or steady-state assessment of insulin resistance index >=2.5; 3)Fasting serum triglyceride >=1.7mmol/L, or receiving lipid-lowering drug treatment; 4)Serum high density lipoprotein =130/85mmHg, or are receiving blood pressure lowering drugs. 2.Volunteer to participate in the research and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute or chronic viral hepatitis, liver cirrhosis, liver cancer and other chronic liver diseases; 2. Have intestinal diseases or other chronic inflammation; 3. Diabetes, hypertension and other long-term medication or uncontrollable cardiovascular diseases; 4. Use of prebiotics, probiotic supplements within 3 months, pregnancy, use of hormones, antibiotics, immunosuppressants and other related drugs. 5. Suffering from mental illness and being in an unstable period; Hypersensitivity to the test article or its components; Patients who are unable to participate in the whole process of the project and cooperate with follow-up.
