Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.the surgery was completed by the intervertebral foramen approach in Beijing Haidian Hospital; 2.The resolution of the video data is 1920x1080 pixels and the frame rate is 60 frames per second;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Surgical video data is incomplete; 2.The anatomy of foraminal area is unclear due to scoliosis; 3.Abnormal foraminal structure due to spondylolisthesis; 4.Patients with a history of foraminal approach surgery.
