Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntary participation in the research; 2. Possessing the qualification for practicing as a nurse; 3. Working experience not exceeding 3 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-clinical nursing position nurses; 2. Experienced other major negative events within half a year.
