Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: HCs inclusion criteria: (1) no history of central nervous system diseases or head trauma; (2) No serious internal medicine system diseases such as respiratory system, cardiovascular system, digestive system, etc; (3) Right handed, aged between 50-90 years old. Inclusion criteria for PD patients:(1) According to the diagnostic criteria for Parkinson's disease in China in 2016, patients with idiopathic Parkinson's disease (diagnosed or likely to have PD) are diagnosed independently by two attending physicians or neurologists with a higher professional title; (2) Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) score = 24; (3) Right-handed hand; (4) Capable of completing scale assessments independently or with the assistance of family members; (5) The observation content of this study has been approved by the Ethics Committee of the Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University. All patients and their families have given informed consent to the examination items and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for HCs: (1) Suffering from severe mental illnesses such as anxiety and depression; (2) MMSE score<24 points. Exclusion criteria for PD patients:(1) Drug induced Parkinson's syndrome, multiple system atrophy, vascular Parkinson's syndrome, and other neurological disorders; (2) Having serious mental illnesses such as schizophrenia; (3) Combined intracranial organic lesions or traumatic brain injury; (4) Merge organic lesions such as heart, liver, and kidney.
