Group P:Oxygen is given through a nasal cannula and end-tidal carbon dioxide is monitored.
Group C:Oxygen is supplied by a regular mask.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elective eye surgery under local anesthesia and MAC, >=18 years old, ASA grade I-II, Patients who signed informed consent forms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with asthma, respiratory diseases and nasal congestion, recent acute infections, serious congenital diseases, and severe allergies to narcotic drugs.
