50 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis; 2.Aged between 50 and 75 years; 3.Classified as Grade 1 to 3 according to the Kellgren/Lawrence (K/L) criteria; 4.Have previously participated in the Tai Chi training program organized by the applicant's research team; 5.No contraindications for MRI scanning; 6.Willing to participate and have signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with various acute, infectious, or contagious diseases, or those with visceral organ dysfunction; patients with other neurological or musculoskeletal diseases that affect movement patterns, such as stroke, cognitive impairment, fractures, rheumatoid arthritis, etc. 2.Patients who have undergone intra-articular steroid injection or arthroscopic surgery within the past 3 months; patients who have received intra-articular hyaluronic acid injection within the past 6 months; patients who are scheduled to undergo total knee replacement surgery within one year. 3.Patients currently participating in other clinical trials that may affect the outcome evaluation of this study. 4.Patients who are unable to cooperate with the assessments and tests for other reasons.
