Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria are: 18years old <= age <=65years old; Patients under general anesthesia who have a history of hypertension, ASAII-III grade, and intend to undergo general surgery, exocrine surgery or gynecological surgery (estimated operation time <=3h, intraoperative blood loss <=200 ml).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: ASAIV or above (complicated with serious cardiovascular, respiratory and endocrine diseases or complicated with important organ failure); Those who are allergic to the drugs used in this study or have used sedatives for a long time before participating in the study; People with mental illness and cognitive impairment; Pregnant ; Preoperative history of airway diseases such as asthma or sleep apnea; History of myasthenia gravis; History of chronic renal failure and chronic liver damage;
