Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients discharged from the NICU or paediatric cardiac intensive care unit between 1 July 2022 and 30 June 2023 who had been discharged from the NICU or paediatric cardiac intensive care unit.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Children >28 days of age at admission were excluded; Neonates who received observation only, < 1 drug were excluded; Neonates with missing data on birth weight, sex, or gestational age were excluded; Neonates 24 hours < of admission were excluded. Neonates treated with the following drugs alone and no other drugs were excluded: vitamin K prophylaxis; prophylactic ophthalmic therapy; Vaccine; Intravenous fluids (including 0.9% sodium chloride, 5%/10%/50% glucose injection, and sterile solution for injection), parenteral nutrition, heparin for intravenous access, oxygen, and electrolytes (such as calcium gluconate, magnesium sulfate, and potassium chloride).
