Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 18-75. 2. Diagnosed disease requiring external fixation (e.g. open fracture, bone graft, limb extension). 3. Ability to provide informed consent. 4. Use a smartphone or other digital device capable of receiving digital care programs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy or lactation. 2. Have a severe cognitive impairment or mental illness that prevents them from obtaining informed consent. 3. Uncontrolled comorbidities that may affect recovery (e.g., diabetes, heart disease). 4. Communication barriers (due to language limitations of digital programs).
