Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-80 years old; 2. Systolic blood pressure >=140 and =90mmHg and =7mmol/L or glycosylated hemoglobin >=6.5% and =3 months (such as oral medication or insulin); 4. Those who voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary hypertension (such as renal artery stenosis, pheochromocytoma, primary aldosteronism, etc.); 2. Type 1 diabetes mellitus or acute complications of diabetes mellitus (e.g., ketoacidosis, hyperosmolar state); Severe diabetic complications (e.g., end-stage renal disease, proliferative retinopathy, history of amputation); 3. Renal artery stenosis, severe renal insufficiency (eGFR<30 mL/min/1.73m^2) or dialysis-dependent; 4. Acute myocardial infarction, stroke, unstable angina pectoris or revascularization, severe arrhythmia (such as ventricular fibrillation), or heart failure (NYHA class III-IV) within 3 months.
