Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have been diagnosed with nasopharyngeal carcinoma through pathological examination and are undergoing concurrent chemoradiotherapy for the first time; 2. Aged between 18 and 65 years old; 3. Having normal language expression and comprehension abilities and being able to communicate effectively; 4. Being able to complete the questionnaire independently or with the help of others; 5. The patients and their family members voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with severe dysfunctions of the heart, kidneys, liver, etc.; 2. Those with disturbance of consciousness, a history of severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, mental diseases, or those taking psychiatric drugs; 3. Patients with recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma; 4. Those with language communication disorders, hearing impairments, and non-cooperative individuals.
