radial artery group:The transradial group was punctured via the radial artery after DSA, using a simmon catheter.
femoral artery group :Transfemoral puncture after DSA using a single strand catheter.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All received total cerebral angiography; 2. Patients voluntarily enrolled in the study and signed an informed consent form; 3. There were no contraindications to the use of contrast media.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contraindications to total cerebral angiography; 2. Patients with malignant tumours; 3. Patients with psychiatric diseases; 4. Patients with organic diseases; 5. Patients with missing clinical data; 6. Patients with haematological disorders; 7. Patients with gastrointestinal diseases.
